4” Mini Caramel Apple Pie

Apple Brats

(Available Sundays in October only) The Holmen Meat Locker grinds pieces of our apples into its bratwurst meat.  We boil them in beer and throw them on the grill!

Blueberry Pound Cake

(Limited Availability) In the summer of 2010, we planted 200 blueberry bushes in an effort to diversify.  Though the plants are young, they did yield a small crop.  We bake the fruits of our labor into a sweet bread topped with our crumb pie topping.

Mine Quiche Lorraine

(Limited Availability) It was such a hit at the Motherʼs Day Brunch, we decided to include it in our fall amusements.  Applewood smoked bacon and aged gruyere melt into fluffy eggs floating on our buttery pie crust.  Topped with a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg.

Queen’s Apple

An Ecker’s apple is dipped in our gourmet caramel and then rolled in either peanuts, M&M candies, or Reeses Pieces candies.  Also available plain.
