Hog's Back Brew Farm is a beer garden located among the apple trees at Ecker's Apple Farm.
Our tap room was designed in the spirit of an old corn crib, paying homage to Wisconsin’s agricultural roots. Beer and cider-loving patrons come to the orchard to enjoy a quality pint in a peaceful setting. Tap lines are changing constantly to bring you the newest craft brews from all over country. Live music and food trucks on most weekend afternoons in September and October.

Our Flagship Hard Apple Cider
It makes total sense: you come to an apple orchard, you expect a delicious hard apple cider. We wanted to create something that was sweet enough but not too sweet, with a little funk to balance everything out.
Fat Blossom Girls is a nod to our lady honeybees — the Worker Bees — that manage every part of hive life. They care for young, they clean the hive, they scout, waggle, and still find the time to pollinate our orchards.
We salute you, Worker Bee!
Beer Garden Today, Cider House Tomorrow
Hog's Back Brew Farm is a beer garden located among the apple trees at Ecker's Apple Farm. Today, just a beer garden; with the hope of an operational, on-site, cidery by 2027. Our brew farm concept stems from a desire to make small batch ciders using resources on our farm. Future plans include installing solar panels to off-set the energy needed to make cider and maintain key temperatures, and using fruits, hops and other brewing adjuncts grown on farm to produce interesting and delicious ciders with a sense of terroir unique to Trempealeau and our Driftless Region.
